Passo 1 BACKGROUND

Escolha a origem da foto de fundo, se da câmera, álbum ou fundo branco para receber as tatuagens para simulação ou arte final.

Passo 2 ADD TATTOOS

Clique em TATTOOS e dicione tatuagens dos menus laterais, do seu álbum ou busque no Pinterest.

Passo 3 -EDITAR

Estique, mova, encaixe, refaça, inverta, sobreponha, apague e retoque quantas tatuagens couber.

Passo 4 SALVAR

Salve a criação como foto simulação ou arte final para geração do estêncil no botão superior Decalkink.

tattoovista is a web-based tattoo creation and simulation platform that allows users to combine graphic elements and visualize tattoo designs on real skin photos before any procedure.

3. free trial
new users receive limited-time free access. full access requires an active subscription after the trial ends. the trial period is personal and non-transferable.

4. user account
the user must provide accurate information at registration. accounts are personal and non-transferable. sharing credentials is strictly prohibited.

5. permitted use
it is prohibited to use the platform to create, simulate, or promote illegal, discriminatory, or harmful content, or content that violates third-party rights.

6. intellectual property
designs and images created by the user remain their own property. the technology, interface, and native graphic assets of tattoovista are the exclusive property of schoolink.

7. subscriptions
subscriptions renew automatically on the contracted cycle (monthly or annual) until explicitly canceled. cancellation stops renewal without refund of the current billing period.

8. decalkink tokens
tokens used for stencil generation are consumed per use and do not accumulate across billing periods. unused balances expire at the end of each cycle.

9. availability
uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. the platform may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or improvements without prior notice.

10. limitation of liability
tattoovista is a visual simulation tool. the final outcome of any tattoo depends solely on the executing artist. the platform is not responsible for decisions made based on simulations.

11. privacy
data handling complies with the lgpd (brazil, law no. 13.709/2018) and, for international users, the gdpr where applicable.

12. account termination
the user may delete their account at any time. linked data will be removed in accordance with our privacy policy.

13. changes
these terms may be updated periodically. continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the current version.

tattoo designs sourced via pinterest or imported by the user may be subject to third-party copyrights. the user is solely responsible for appropriate use.

5. international use
users outside brazil are subject to the laws of their own country. tattoovista operates from brazil and does not guarantee compliance with local legislation of other countries.

6. third-party integrations
the platform integrates with pinterest and google for specific features. use of these integrations is subject to the terms and policies of the respective services.

7. service availability
schoolink is not responsible for losses resulting from temporary platform unavailability, including unsaved work in progress.
